Set in an ideal microclimate, Green Mile is a model of agricultural renewal. Built upon the bones of a 60-year old, dilapidated farm, this project was designed to take advantage of existing infrastructure to create maximum returns as quickly as possible.
When Elite arrived on site, this facility was covered in torn plastic and was constructed of rotting timber in danger of collapse. Within the first 3 months, the existing structures were repaired, brought up to code and were used to house the first 8000 plants. In the following 3 months, the structures received new blackout systems and some key environmental upgrades.
